What would your advice be on how to answer this question interview?  What information should be included?

I imagine it might vary depending on the level of role you're applying for - an individual contributor would be expected to know different things from someone applying for VP of sales.

I'm assuming this question is a) to show an applicant has done some prep (which should be apparent from the answers given in interview) or b) as a different way to ask, "Why do you want to work for us?"

In my situ, I'm applying for Restaurant General Manager in a 5-Start Hotel Resort.  I'll have 2 managers reporting to me and a team of directs, peers in other restaurants on the site and a Head Chef in a peer role, and will report to another manager who oversees all the Food & Beverage Ops.

Any advice would be great.
