2 years ago I started to deploy O3 on a systematic mode with my direct manager and my boss,
as a result, my boss and all my manager have spontaneously deployed O3 with their teams
I have a resistant manager that I have not succeed in 2 years to convince
I am convince this will help him in particular to develop with his own team, however still looking for a clue
what do you think I could do?
