Been listening for a couple of months now and I am wondering if I am doing this right after listening to the first podcast on holding "Effective Meetings".
I am retail store manager and I have 13 total employees.
3 assistant managers
8 sales reps
2 ops employees
My question is should I hold O3's with everyone or only my 3 assistants.
I under the impression that I should hold O3's with everyone so I have been.
Your advice is greatly appreciated
