I'm an assistant manager in a children's clothing department in a major luxury department store. In addition to my manergerial duties I have to make my monthly sales goals as my fellow team members so we are working shoulder to shoulder most of the time.. It's a straight commission for my directs and I get a small salary on top of my commission. Any I insight on applying MT while keeping team members on the floor as much as possible?  Our company does monthly business reviews but those last 10-20inutes tos! Ideas?
