Because communication is what the listener does. To be most effective, we need to communicate in a way that makes the most sense to the other person.
Each attendee receives a DISC Behavioral Assessment which will be filled out prior to the training. Followed by a 7.5 hour day of highly interactive delivery with an emphasis on practice.
