I'd never listened to the casts on managing email until the recent 3 casts...yesterday I reorganized my outlook email boxes per the guidance on rules and automatically putting things in different folders. Then I reviewed my emails quickly, noting tasks on my GTD lists. And then my email box was at zero. Then I performed the tasks I had noted. And I finished them! And, hahaha, I suddenly seem to have all this TIME. Guess I need to start getting deeper into my lingering task lists. Amazing! So glad I continue to listen and be a licensee!
