Part 2 of our series on change efforts. If you want your organization to follow you in change efforts - whether it's rolling out the Trinity or anything else - you've got to do 2 things at a minimum: model the behavior, and measure it.
We can't count the number of times an executive - from Director to CEO - asked us to "fix" their directs while not doing what they themselves need to do to make the change stick. It's boring, but it's true: you have to lead the way by setting the example, and you have to measure your organization's behaviors.
