Dear MT Community,

My Director has asked all four of her Directs to complete an evaluation of her on 11 areas of competencies, which includes listing strengths and areas for growth.

Am I wrong for feeling it's inappropriate for a direct to give his/her boss feedback?  What if it is requested?  Thoughts?  Suggestions?
