Your advice on declining an optional exit interview saved me. I really wanted to speak my mind to my former boss on my way out the door, but with your podcast in mind, I declined. Well, a few months later, guess who just got hired at my new company? My former boss. Glad I kept my mouth shut. Lesson learned.
