Hi,
One of my key goals this year is to improve my leadership skills & I believe the starting point would be to get an accurate assessment of where I currently stand. I am looking at the DISC but I really wonder if the "Online Versions" are anywhere as useful as the offline ones?
Also, I wonder, other than DISC, what are popular tests that people take to get a better understand of their management & leaderships skills & style? Both paid & free options.
Thanks
Best of both worlds
Take the one here, then immediately listen to the podcasts related to your results.
It's one thing to take a test, it's quite another to use the results to be more effective. DISC is the only one I've seen where you can tailor your actions to be more effective with the other person.
I really like DiSC.
I really like DiSC. Additionally, I've found some good value in understanding myself with Meyers-Briggs. It's not as actionable but did provide a good deal of insight into how my personality can impact my actions.
