Hello Everyone,
I have a quick question regarding the self evaluation during the performance review process. In the podcast it talks about sending that to the employee. Is there a specific form that is recommended? I see the general one in downloads but just wanted to confirm is there was a different format needed/suggested for the employee to fill out.
