I'm aware of the casts that discuss delegating your staff meeting to your directs, but is there a cast for directs / IC's to whom their boss has delegated his staff meetings?
My boss just announced that he'll be asking each of us to run our weekly staff meeting on a rotating basis and if there's specific MT guidance for this scenario I'd love to leverage it. I searched the podcast directory and nothing immediately jumped out at me.

Approach it as your staff meeting?
In the absence of any direction from my boss, I would run it as if it were my staff meeting. You can find guidance on that in the two podcasts called "How to Run Your Staff Meeting" parts 1 and 2. You may want to modify it slightly, but it looks like a good starting point.
