Just wondering if anyone had any recommedations on whether or i should provide my new manager with my DISC profile.

Do you know, or can you make a good guess, as to what his DISC profile looks like? That would inform how you can best proceed.

I think you both gain by sharing it with him, so I would definitely do it. Knowing his DISC profile will help you present it in the best way, too.

If he has never done DISC himself, it's a good dialogue to begin with him too, in terms of team performance. Making him and your team better obviously benefits you greatly.
