I'm reading a book now by Roger E. Herman -- "Keeping Good People":
It's an excellent book solely on the topic of retention. In true Manager Tools style, the entire book is filled with concrete practices you can do TODAY to help retain your best employees -- no vague "concepts". I recommend it highly!
Keeping Good People
I agree. Have it on my shelf, and refer to it regularly. good catch!
