Hi
I know in the trinity role out pod casts you say use the O3 slides to give your explanation to the staff as to what it is, but looking at the standard O3 slides these are more of an overview for the manager rather than explaining for the direct what to do and expect.
I have to give my talk on Friday in my staff meeting (MT formatted from last week) on what to expect etc... from the O3's that i start next Tuesday with my 10 directs
Is it the basic show notes i need to use for this chat or am i missing some set of documents which help the direct understand?
Thanks
Robert
What the manager needs to know, the directs need to know
The slides are suitable for both manager and direct, because it's a good idea to give the directs pretty much the same information as the manager. That way nobody is left guessing about hidden motivations or left feeling manipulated.
